Years ago the client and our shop came up with the
layout on your left - but after attending her classes I felt
that the poster was lacking.. mostly it didn't seem to portray
her fun nature or the creative energy in the classroom (she had
lots of colored lights, prayer flags, etc) - I wanted to propose
a poster that would not only reflect more of who she was but
one that would demand attention and cause a person to ponder
for a moment (and consquently, hopefully join her class!)
Each new session of classes that she started I also
altered the color (as in the past she would change the color
of paper we copied onto) - creating and keeping my PhotoShop
file in the right type of layering gave me some nice flexibility!
