- Quantity (you can just same "same as b-4" and we'll
repeat the previous run)
- Due Date (if you have a trade-show date we need to meet this
by, or if you are OUT of something besure to tell us, otherwise
you can just say "couple weeks is fine, no rush" and
we'll love you for life!)
If you have any revisions that you need us to make to your
layout, a fax or hardcopy is probably best
