Next time you're in Downtown Houghton please stop in for a visit!
We have many samples in our lobby for you to look at and would love the opportunity to discuss your next printing and graphics need!
Please note: watch for Road Construction in 2 areas
1) Between May 3rd, 2021 and September 24th (and then again next summer) there will be road construction between Michigan Tech and downtown Houghton ~ click here to read article
2) On US-41 just south of the Pilgrim River/Nara Park area ~ a culvert is being replaced ~ we do not know time frame on this project, hopefully won't take too long to do
If you are coming into Houghton along US-41 we recommend taking a side road such as Denton (or Broemer which is the next road south of Denton)...
Pre-Road Construction Directions:
Coming from Hancock?
if you are traveling south over the Portage Lift Bridge, turn right onto a small access road just after the Powerhouse (MTU Smart Zone), then turn right on Lakeshore Drive, traveling under the bridge to the parking deck, then take the ramp up to the upper deck...
Coming from the Mall/Walmart direction?
part way down the hill look for the "RV Park" signs and turn on that road, traveling down to the beach/waterfront, then stay on Lakeshore Drive, traveling under the bridge to the parking deck, then take the ramp up to the upper deck...
Coming from MTU?
you can stay on Shelden Avenue (and park out front, especially if you require ADA accessibility), where you can find parking out front, or take the ramp up between us and Wicker & Willow, or you can turn just before Citgo Gas Station onto Lakeshore Drive, after going down the hill you will see the parking deck, the ramp is on the far end of it as you near the bridge - take the ramp up to the upper deck...
ONCE ON THE PARKING DECK
turn right, towards Joey's Seafood and continue on to the far west end of the deck. You can use our back entrance, and once inside just go down the hallway and our shop is on your left.
There is also an enclosed stair case that leads up to Shelden Avenue from Lakeshore Drive, if you decide to park under the deck - the most obvious signage is for Joey's Seafood (you may notice our billboard too, near our employee-only entrance), please take the staircase to your right as soon as you enter into the City's walkway down there.
